The person being advised, venting, or receiving feedback will not hold legal actions against Venting to Sequoya for a purpose nor try to request their money back unless services was not provided. All information will be kept confidential and every individual will remain anonymous if they like. All calls will be returned within 12-24 hours or sooner (based on how many requests pending). Hours of operation are between 8am-2pm and 6pm-10pm CST on Monday through Friday and some Saturdays & Sundays. Venting to Sequoya for a purpose will be available on some Holidays unless the holiday falls on a Sunday. Schedules and availability are subjected to change. The listener only speaks English and no other listener is present. All payments are made with Visa, Mastercard, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal and paid in full upon booking. The appointment date and time will be confirmed via email once talk time is purchased. If the appointment time is not convenient for the customer, he or she must reschedule via email 4 hours in advance. Any errors made while ordering talk time will be resolved and refunds will be made once errors are reviewed. During each private video chat if any inappropriate behavior is displayed, the chat will be ended. Each call will be timed, and if more talk time is needed you must go back to the website to order more talk time. There will be free promotions and discounts weekly.
